Fast, off-the-shelf freeze protection for equipment that doesn't fit a standard heater — strap it on today, no custom design lead time.
Why It Matters
A fully custom freeze protection solution — a heater and enclosure built to match one specific valve, transmitter, or odd-shaped assembly — can take weeks to design, build, and ship. That's the right call when a facility gets hard freezes every winter and the equipment stays put for years. But a lot of real installations don't look like that.
We hear this constantly from resellers in the Southeast: winters there are mild and inconsistent enough that most facilities don't plan around freezing the way northern operations do. When a cold snap is actually coming, they don't want a multi-week custom build — they want something they already have on the shelf that they can throw on in an afternoon and take back off when it warms up. QuickFit 360 is built for exactly that. It's not meant to replace a purpose-built system on equipment that freezes every year. It's the good-enough-today answer for equipment that occasionally needs it.
How It Works
QuickFit 360 pairs a rugged Powerblanket heater with a field-adaptable vinyl enclosure and insulated top. There's no system design, no electrician, and no insulation and cladding to install and later remove for service.
Step 1
Strap the heater directly to the equipment where heat is needed most — the hot side against the valve body, transmitter, or fitting.
Step 2
Place the insulated cover over the whole assembly, trim the vinyl around piping or connections, and cinch it closed to trap warm air.
Patented heat-spreading carrier, series heating element, mechanical thermostat, and insulation, wrapped in a trimmable vinyl shell with an insulated top.
Sizing
QuickFit 360 comes in four standard sizes, referenced against familiar container volumes so picking a size for irregular equipment is just a matter of fitting the assembly inside it. Each size is also available in an Ordinary Location configuration with a NEMA plug, or a Class I, Division 2 configuration with flying leads for hazardous locations.
